K and I have been to Paris for some days. We brought along one of her friends from Bodoe.

It was a very nice trip! Great weather and lots of stuff to do.

Norsk Folkemuseum

I have had some summer guests staying for a while. They left the other day. Here are some pictures from Norsk Folkemuseum - the Norwegian Museum of Cultural History. They have about 155 authentic buildings from different Norwegian regions.

I was asked to fly an extra trip to Bodo last month. I agreed. And who do you belive was a passenger onboard? My sister! Here she is on a cockpit seat at 36000 feet.

Hyde Park

I have five days of standby duty. I have been scheduled on all of them. They first called me Saturday morning at 0600. I had to fly a trip to North Norway, and a bit later on the day to London - with a layover. It was a long day. We were not at the hotel until 2030. We then went out to eat and found a very nice Italian restaurant close to Oxford Street. It was one of the best meals I have eaten in a long time.

Yesterday morning I was up early and went for a jog in Hyde Park / Kensington Garden. It was very nice! Temperatures around 25 Celsius, and not too many people.
